Tissue paper machine can adopt waste paper (such as waste books, newspapers, waste office paper, waste paper edges) and virgin pulp to produce high quality household paper. Some customers want to use waste newspapers as raw material for producing tissue paper. So they adopted our waste paper deinking system to produce pulp for paper mill tissue paper project.

Deinking System Information

The entire deinking process requires about four steps: pulping, cleaning, screening, and refining. The pulper we use in our deinking process is always H.C. hydrapulper, which can separate waste paper and ink in high concentration during the waste paper deinking process. Then, the high density cleaner is responsible for removing large heavy impurities. After sieving, the M.C. Pressure Screen is applied for coarse screen and fine screen, and the low density cleaner is applied to remove small and heavy impurities. As for the refining process, it depends on the customer’s needs.
